More than 80 delegates representing 20 countries gathered in Brussels for the 4th EUROMIL Congress and 106th Presidium Meeting on 26-27 October 2012.

The Congress is the highest EUROMIL authority. It is composed of delegates of member associations in proportion to their membership and meets every four years. The Congress elects the President and the Board, approves the long-term policy objectives of the organisation and has the sole authority to make amendments to its Charter.

On Sunday 14 October 2012, EUROMIL’s Bulgarian member association, Legia Rakovski, organised a peaceful march in the streets of Sofia "FOR BULGARIA! FOR THE BULGARIAN ARMY! "
